How to make a picture speak with AI?

If you want to make anyone, anywhere, say anything, then start for example From HeyGen's AI solution. But don't use it to spread false information, the examples shown in the video are meant for humor.

Artificial intelligence should not be feared, but used. You can in a few minutes make a video of your idea and in the case of this example, make any face pictures speak for themselves. You have to consider that many others have already done it and not all benevolently.

We live in an age where you can find thousands of pictures online of people who don't actually exist, or who are generated by AI. See for example web pages ThisPersonDoesNotExist.com and refresh the browser (F5) even 100 times in a row.

People who do not exist in real life can also be found on social media. You can find examples of Instagram AI models in the video From the AI Revenue Pro YouTube channel. However, would knowing that a beautiful woman's picture was actually created by a man change the number of followers? Maybe they are following a beautiful picture or the person behind it?

Pictures do the talking

Hey Gen and other “pictures do the talking” solutions are well-suited for businesses that don't have the time, money or ability to produce their own video content. When using your own image, you could still use a middle ground similar to the existing avatars, because then the inaccuracies of moving the mouth will be less noticeable.

A talking head or body video news can also be made by journalists and many others without using a camera. For example, the marketer of company X has the idea to make a minute-long story about his product or service "7 ways to use ..." but he does not have more precise thoughts and tools for this.

But then the marketer takes over in the previous post brought out invideo AI and creates a script from thoughts and a video with covers from video banks in a matter of minutes. Then it does HeyGen (and Canva) a video of a talking head/body telling the same story (the script must be copied) and connects the two clips.

From a purely technical point of view, it is possible to make such a story for free, that is, only with the marketer's own time.

Disclaimer: Jürgen Ligi did indeed resign as a member of the Riigikogu 23 years ago, because his son was caught shoplifting. I am sure that Jürgen Lig had nothing to do with his son's shoplifting, and I am convinced that such an example is very well suited to illustrate the concept of "political responsibility".
