AI video took its biggest leap in history last week when OpenAI announced that in addition to its language model ChatGPT and image model Dall-E, it now has a video model called Sora.

Although the solution is not yet available to regular users, OpenAI has released several online Clips created using Sora, many of which make it hard to tell if it was created by AI or filmed. In addition, the CEO of Open AI gave Sam Altman on the X platform also the opportunity for followers to offer their video thoughts. 

Until now, different AI video solutions (Runwayml, Pica Labs, etc.) could only create clips of a few seconds, in which it was clear from a distance that they were works created by artificial intelligence, but Sora can create video content for up to 60 seconds in a row, and its realism is extraordinary. At the same time, it brings OpenAI also provides examples, where everything still doesn't work very well.

AI LAB was opened in Tallinn

Curious Refuge CEO and mega-nerd Caleb Ward mentioned in one of his in the last video, that he recently curated the one at the Rotermann Center Through the AI of the Tallinn Pop Culture Museum to the artificial intelligence short video department, which is one of the few of its kind in the world.
